Hi, I’m Tim. Thanks for visiting Annata Wine Bar and Cellar!
My journey began 48 years ago when I entered the wine industry. Since then, I have developed a deep passion for the wine business, art, and culture. I find joy in taking people on a journey using wine as my tool to help them experience new things or familiar joys.
I truly believe that enjoying wine should be accessible to all. In my time within the industry, I have noticed that there’s a connotation with wine bars that revolves around being proper which, in my opinion, can be intimidating. I created Annata Wine Bar and Cellar to cut against the grain of what someone considers a wine bar to be.
I see Annata Wine Bar and Cellar as a bar, that specializes in wine. My goal is to create a friendly space that hosts live music, group wine tastings, encourages laughing out loud, and even a little dancing.
